Return/ Exchange/ Refunds
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- The protective backing must not be removed or applied.
- Once the box has been attached using the adhesive, it is not eligible for return.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns.
- Please reuse the original envelope and corner protectors when returning your item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Please return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
To initiate a return, contact soo@onzenyc.com.
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Items must be returned in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is any defect or issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Variations in color due to lighting or screen settings, as well as minor dents or surface marks, are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
